A: The width can be customized to fit your project. We've had customers customize units as wide as 3–4 meters, depending on the cabinet design and installation requirements.

2. Does the product come with the cabinet door?

A: No. We mainly supply the motorized lifting hardware, not the cabinet body or door panel. You can have the cabinet and door panel custom-made by your local cabinet supplier to match your preferred style and finish.

3. Is there any safety protection when the cabinet is lowering?

A: Yes. The system features smart anti-pinch and pressure protection. If it detects an obstacle or unusual resistance while lowering, it automatically stops or reverses to help prevent accidents and protect the cabinet.
