Reminder for Installation

Before you install, make sure there is a power outlet nearby.
Beforehand, a cutout must be made in the cabinet base. The options are 256, 190, or 134 mm, depending on how deep the cabinet is.
It comes with an installation guide and video tutorials to make it easy to set up.

You should only use this product inside because it is not waterproof. Don't wash the mainboard with water.

To avoid damaging the mainboard because of unstable current, please use the original adapter.

01.What sizes of cabinets will this product fit in?

The B256Y comes in cabinet widths from 400mm to 900mm, and the inside height of the cabinet must be at least 664mm. For exact cutout sizes, see the table called "Cabinet Dimensions and Installation." Before you install the cabinet, please check the size and make sure you can get power to it.

02.Is it hard to set up? Do I need to hire a pro to install it?

The product comes with step-by-step installation instructions and video tutorials. Just follow the steps to finish the installation. We suggest getting help from a professional if you don't know how to do electrical work to make sure the power connections are safe.

03.What is the most weight it can hold? How many plates and bowls can it hold?

It can hold 44 bowls and 24 plates, and it can hold up to 20 kg. This is enough space for all the bowls, plates, and dishes that a family needs every day.

04.Is it possible to stop the lifting process at any time?

Yes. It has a "press-to-stop" feature. You can stop at any height by simply letting go of the button while the lift is going up. This makes it easy to get things or put them back without having to stop using the countertop.

05.Is it possible to use it by hand when the power goes out?

Because this is an electric lift, it won't work on its own when the power goes out. We suggest that you manually get or put things back during a power outage. Normal operation will start up again once the power is back on.

06.Can the lights be turned on and off separately?

Yes. You can turn the lights on and off by touching the switch at the bottom or giving voice commands like "Turn on the lights" or "Turn off the lights." You don't have to change the height, which makes it easy to use every day.
